• Return patients – We consider anyone who have not received had any physical consultation with our practice doctors in the last 12 months
• All type of procedures will incur some out-of-pocket costs.
• Cervical screening test (Pap smear test)
• Any work-related consultations require full payment on the day of consult unless you have a valid claim number
• Any medical reports required by employer, or any agencies are fully private (no rebate applies)
• Dressing and wound care / removal of sutures for those which were not initiated by our practice doctors.
• Lost scripts and extension of medical certificates without consultation will attract a full private fee.
• Applicable Telehealth consultations are charged prior to the appointment

• Please let our staff know if you have valid health care card or pension card from Australian Government, you may be entitled for some additional services.
• There will be a fee for medical records transfer to another medical centres in Australia, insurance companies and lawyers. 
• A $40 fee may apply for non-attendance with less than 4 hours’ notice. Please call us on 62556000 or reply No to the appointment reminder messagethat you have received on registered mobile to cancel or rebook your appointment to avoid this fee.

Diabetic educator

• Initial consult fee – $130 and current rebate – $58.30
• Subsequent follow up consult – $ 90 ; and current rebate of $ 58.30
• You are welcome to use your private health care fund

Dietitian

• Initial consultation fee – $120(Current Medicare rebate $56 )
• Subsequent Consultation fee are bulk billed if you have a valid EPC referral through GP Management plan

Exercise Physioligist

• Initial consultation fee – $120(Current Medicare rebate $56 )
• Subsequent Consultation fee are bulk billed if you have a valid EPC referral through GP Management plan

We are bulk billing medical centre 7 days a week

For new Patients we do charge $ 85 on the initial consultation (Medicare rebate $ 38.75)

We usually reserve few appointments called ” on the day appointments “.
These are used in the circumstances like – emergencies or sudden walk-ins who may have serious medical needs to be addressed on that same day.

Dietitian

• Initial consult $ 100.00 – (current medicare rebate of $ 54.60 if you have EPC or GP Management plan by your GP)
• Subsequent consults – only GAP Fee $ 54.60 ( Zero out of pocket) if you have Chronic Disease Management plan with Team Care Arrangement (TCA) or Enhanced Primary Care (EPC)

(If you have private health cover you can choose whether you want to use your referral or private health rebate, however you cannot claim both.)
